How an order runs with us

Most first orders follow the same four steps. Knowing them up front means fewer surprises and a tighter timeline.

From first email to shipment

You send a photo or tech pack, target price, quantity, and where it ships.
We quote the build, confirm strap material, outsole, color, and logo method.
We cut a sample in 7-10 days. You wear-test it and sign off before we cut steel.
Bulk runs in 25-40 days with line checks, then a final inspection before the cartons close.

**Final inspection table** Every export run gets an AQL pull before cartons are sealed: sizing, strap pull, sole bond, and print.

What is your MOQ?

500 pairs per style and color is the usual minimum. Printed retail cartons or custom outsoles push it toward 1,000. We will tell you straight if your quantity changes the price.

Can you do small trial orders?

For a first sample, yes. For a paid trial run below MOQ, sometimes, but the per-pair price goes up because we still pay for the mold and setup. We will quote it both ways.

Which markets do you ship to?

Mostly the US and EU. We handle the export docs, English communication, and the QC paperwork those buyers expect.

Can I just send a photo?

That is the fastest start. From a clear photo we can usually name the construction, materials, and a logo method, and come back with a target price.
