What a private label order needs

Three things turn a generic sandal into your product. Have these ready and the first sample lands close.

Your brand on it

Vector logo plus a placement: strap emboss, footbed print, or woven label. We advise what reads best on each material.

An approved sample

We cut one in 7-10 days. You wear-test and sign off before we commit any bulk material.

Packing artwork

Polybag print, hangtag, and printed carton with your shipping marks. Send dielines or we will set them up.

How we put your brand on the product

The logo method depends on the material. Here is what we reach for, and where each one works best.

Branding methods

  • Emboss or deboss: clean on EVA and leather straps, no color, never peels.
  • Screen print: full color on PU straps and footbeds; we match to your Pantone.
  • Woven or PVC label: sewn into the strap for a finished retail look.
  • Printed packaging: logo on the polybag, hangtag, box, and master carton.
Logo trials before bulk
Logo trials before bulk We run the logo on the actual strap material first, so you approve how it really looks.

What to send with your inquiry

The more of these you include, the closer the first quote and sample will be.

Private label questions

What is the MOQ?
500 pairs per style and color for stock packing. Printed retail boxes usually need 1,000+ to cover the print setup.
Which logo method should I use?
Emboss for leather and EVA straps, screen print for color on PU, woven label for a retail finish. Send the artwork and we will recommend.
Do you set up the packaging artwork?
We can. Send a logo and we will lay out the polybag, hangtag, and carton, then send a proof for sign-off.
Do you handle US and EU labeling?
Yes. Country-of-origin, material content, and barcode labels go on per your spec, and we issue the matching export docs.
