The factory

A sandal factory built for export.

We run sampling, injection and assembly, inspection, and export packing under one roof in Zhejiang.

On the inspection line
On the inspection lineSizing, strap pull, and sole bond get checked before anything goes into a carton.

What we do in-house

Keeping these steps under one roof is why our sample-to-bulk timeline holds and the bulk matches the sample.

Incoming materials Straps, soles, and trim checked against the approved spec before the run.
Fit & sizing Pairs measured against the approved last so EU 36-46 stays true.
Final AQL An inspection pull on every export run before cartons close.
Export packing Polybag, carton, shipping marks, and docs for your forwarder.

Where we check quality

Four checkpoints, each catching a different problem before it reaches your warehouse.

Sample sign-off

Shape, footbed feel, and finish, approved by you before any bulk material is cut.

In-line checks

Pulls during the run so the bulk does not drift from the approved sample.

Final AQL

A statistical pull on finished pairs: sizing, strap pull, sole bond, print.

Carton check

Right count, right size run, right marks before the carton is taped.

Standards and documents we support

We are an export factory, not a lab, but we test to the standards your market asks for and send the paperwork with the goods.

Material testing

On request we arrange REACH and CPSIA testing through a third-party lab and pass you the full report.

Export documents

Commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin (Form A or CO) issued with every shipment.

Factory audits

We can host a BSCI or client-led social and quality audit, and walk your inspector through the lines.

Factory questions

How do your QC steps work?
We check at sample sign-off, run in-line pulls during production, and do a final AQL inspection before packing. Inspection notes are available on request.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, and you should. We cut a sample in 7-10 days so you can wear-test it before committing to a 25-40 day bulk run.
Do you do private label?
Yes. Logo, labels, and printed packaging are part of the same order, not a separate stage or vendor.
Who handles export packing?
We do, in-house: polybag, carton, shipping marks, and the export docs. Your forwarder collects a palletized, marked shipment.
