Quality assurance

Quality checked before the cartons close.

Quality is not a final pass; it is four checkpoints, each catching a different problem before it reaches you.

The four checkpoints

Quality is not one final test. We check at four points so a problem is caught where it is cheap to fix.

1

Sample sign-off

You approve shape, fit, footbed feel, and finish before we cut any bulk material.

2

Incoming materials

Straps, soles, and trim checked against the approved spec before the line starts.

3

In-line checks

Pulls during the run to stop the bulk drifting from the sample.

4

Final AQL

A statistical pull on finished pairs before they move to packing.

What each one catches

Catch a problem at the sample stage and it costs a sample. Catch it at the dock and it costs a container.

Sample sign-off

Fit, comfort, and shape - caught before a single bulk pair is made.

Incoming materials

Wrong density foam or off-color straps, caught before they run through the order.

In-line checks

Drift in sizing, bonding, or print, caught while the line is still running.

Final AQL

Strap pull, sole bond, and finish defects, caught before cartons are taped.

What you can ask us for

The records and steps we can provide on request. We do not invent certificates we do not hold.

What we test

The checks that catch the failures a buyer actually sees.

Strap pull

Force test on the strap-to-sole bond so it does not separate in wear.

Sole flex

Repeated bend on the outsole to check for cracking.

Color match

Finished pairs checked against the approved Pantone and sample.

Sizing

Length and width measured against the size spec on every run.

When something fails inspection

A failed pull is not shipped through. Here is what happens to the lot instead.

1

Hold the lot

A failed AQL pull stops the carton from closing.

2

Find the cause

We trace it to material, molding, or assembly before any rework.

3

Rework or recut

Affected pairs are reworked or remade, not shipped through.

4

Re-inspect

A fresh AQL pull before the run is cleared for packing.

Quality questions

Do you hold certifications?
We do not list ones we cannot produce. Tell us the standard your market needs - REACH on materials, a test report for a retailer - and we will say honestly whether we can support it.
Can I get an inspection report?
Yes. The AQL report from the final pull is available on request, and it is standard for our OEM accounts.
What if bulk drifts from the sample?
The in-line checks exist to catch that. If we find drift we stop, flag it, and agree a fix with you before the run continues - we do not pack and hope.

Tell us what proof your market needs.

Retailer test report, material cert, AQL level - name it up front and we will build it into the order or tell you straight that we cannot.
