A worked example, not a real client. It shows how a branded giveaway sandal goes from a logo file to bulk pairs in hand before an event date, and how we keep the unit cost down.

The brief

A drinks brand wants 8,000 logo EVA slides to hand out across a summer festival run. One color, logo screen-printed large across the strap, EU 38-45, bulk-packed in plain polybags. The hard constraint is the date: they need them in hand three weeks before the first event.

How it develops

We print the logo on the strap material first so they can confirm it reads from a distance and survives a flex test. Sample out in about a week. Because the date is tight, we plan the freight at quote time, not after - sea if there is room, air for the last leg if the schedule slips. Bulk runs in roughly 25 days, polybagged and boxed by the carton.

How the quote breaks down

The quote shows the sample, the per-pair price at 8,000 pairs, the print screen setup, and bulk packing - with no retail-box cost padding it out. We also show the freight option that hits the date. The number is clean because the build is simple and the volume is real.
